Associate Scientist, Micrometeorology
Natchaya earned her B.S. in Horticulture and Ph.D. in Agronomy at Chiang Mai University in Thailand. While in grad school, she interned with the Lab for Environmental Physics at The University of Georgia, where she learned about surface-atmosphere carbon exchange, and which ultimately resulted in her dissertation. Her thesis research addresses understanding how environmental changes, such as increasing temperatures and changes in precipitation patterns, influence carbon exchange between agricultural ecosystems and the atmosphere.
