Biennial Scientific Conference on the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem

"Since 1991, the GYE Biennial Scientific Conference has been a critical forum for sharing science between researchers, land and resource managers, conservation groups, tribal communities, the public, and other stakeholders with a common interest in understanding the region’s natural and cultural resources. The fall 2024 conference coincides with the GYCC’s 60th Anniversary. This milestone is an occasion to reflect on the research and conservation accomplishments that have brought us to the present day.

Alabama Water Resource Conference 2024

"The Annual Alabama Water Resources Conference is a forum for all participants of our water resources community, providing opportunities for conversation about the many multidisciplinary aspects of water resources, and making connections that will improve how we understand the complex water issues that are of importance to this state, the region, and the nation." - Learn more about this conference.

Ecological Society of America Meeting 2024

This is the annual meeting of the Ecological Society of America, held in Long Beach, CA, Aug 4 - 9.

"This year’s meeting will emphasize the society’s mission of supporting ecologists throughout their careers. The emphasis recognizes the need for us to continually invest in all the people who advance the science and practice of ecology. Among many aspects of professional development, we are planning programming and invite contributions that consider the transformational potential of effective mentorship." - ESA website
