This internship will involve using linked ground-aerial foliar chemistry data to investigate linkages between remotely sensed data products and foliar biophysical parameters across diverse ecosystems.
This internship will involve the field collection and laboratory processing of carabid beetles and then creating a dichotomous key for the carabid beetles of that site.
This internship will involve the creation of lake habitat maps by developing methods for using existing sonar and GPS data that will enable the creation of bathymetric and habitat maps.
This internship will involve LiDAR data processing to improving classification of LiDAR point clouds through site specific parameter selection -or- assess uncertainty in higher level LiDAR data products through empirical experimentation.
This internship will involve assisting with all aspects of GIS support work (e.g., integrating internal and external spatial datasets, preparing and publishing maps, updating metadata) and preparing maps to support field logistics.
