Beginning with RELEASE-2026, the Level 4 Continuous discharge (DP4.00130.001) data product has been updated to be a 15-min average. The water column height measurements collected at 1-min resolution are now first averaged into 15-min intervals before being fed into the continuous discharge processing pipeline. These updates have been retroactively applied going back to Water Year 2022 (starting Oct 1, 2021) for all sites, and back to Water Year 2021 (starting Oct 1, 2020) for the D17 BIGC site. Older data (prior to Water Year 2022) will be updated to 15-min averages as they are cleaned and corrected in future releases, and additional Data Notifications will be posted when this occurs.
