Zooplankton Collection count data recalculated using concentration volume for some sites and dates

A subset of Zooplankton count data in data product DP1.20219.001 was recalculated for all 7 NEON lake sites. These data are incorrectly reported in RELEASE-2025 and all prior releases, and will be updated in RELEASE-2026.
The field concentratedSampleVolume was not available in the zoo_taxonomyProcessed and zoo_taxonomyRaw tables until recently, resulting in an unreported step in lab processing and incorrectly calculated adjCountPerBottle for this subset of data.
Data from the following sites and dates are affected:

Data reported in RELEASE-2025 and all prior releases for these sites and time period combinations can be used for diversity and richness calculations, relative abundance per sample, and analyses that do not rely on absolute volumes. These data should not be used for abundance per L values until the updates have been published on the NEON Data Portal.
Values for concentratedSampleVolume were reported by the taxonomy lab and added to the zoo_taxonomyProcessed and zoo_taxonomyRaw tables to update the calculated field adjCountPerBottle. The updated data will be available in RELEASE-2026.
