Resolved: Incorrect measurement uncertainty reported for many soil water content locations

Issues identified in a previous post have been resolved.
Data previously published with incorrect soil water content measurement uncertainties have been reprocessed and republished. This has resolved this issue for all provisional data (i.e., data from July 2022 and later). Affected data from June 2022 and earlier will continue to reflect this issue until the data in RELEASE-2024 are published (expected in January 2024).
