New version of neonUtilities (2.1.4)

neonUtilities 2.1.4 is now available on CRAN! Updates in this new version:

• New function getNeonDOI() enables quick access to DOIs for data products that have been included in a release.
• zipsByURI() can now accept R objects as inputs.
• Bug fixes for a rare error in stacking of lab data and for unexpected API token values.
