The NEON Research Support Services (NRSS) program provides elements of NEON's infrastructure to community members, aiding their research and other activities. Through the NRSS program, NEON functions as an easily accessible research platform for Principal Investigator-initiated studies and environmental investigations. This encompasses access to NEON's infrastructure, on-site coordination, and a skilled workforce of field ecologists, engineering, and scientific personnel. NRSS projects are mainly cost-recoverable and subject to resource availability.
