This workshop will cover downloading NEON Aquatic Instrument System (AIS) data, using the neonUtilities R package, and basic instruction in beginning to explore and work with the downloaded data, including guidance in navigating data documentation, separating data using the horizontal location (HOR) variable, interpreting quality flags, and resampling time intervals.
Prerequisites: Previous attendance at an Access and Work with NEON Data workshop, or the self-guided Download and Explore NEON Data tutorial, is recommended but not required.
Requirements for participation: Prior to the webinar, you will need R installed on your computer, and RStudio is recommended. You will need to install the neonUtilities R package. If you have any problems with installations, use the Contact Us page.
